Turf Growers of NSW are represented at meetings with water authorities to we have a voice when it comes to regulations and decision making relating to water availability. Water NSW run Customer Advisory Group (CAG) meetings and these meeting can include engagement with the NSW Dept of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water (DCCEEW) as well as the Natural Resource Access Regulator (NRAR).
In conjunction with the Lower Nepean & Hawkesbury Water Users Association, NSW Turf Producers are represented on both the Greater Sydney CAG and Coastal and Hunter CAG.
